You are looking for intex 26355eh ultra xtr deluxe alternatives because its specific dimensions or filtration style may not suit your space. The original Intex 18x9ft Ultra XTR Pool offers a compact 18' x 9' footprint with a sand filter pump. This setup is durable, featuring a rust-resistant galvanized steel frame and a three-ply liner. However, you might need a larger capacity or a different brand for your backyard. Some buyers prefer wider pools or simpler assembly without tools. Others want more volume for family swimming.
The 6 pools on this list were chosen because their specs overlap with the original. Each alternative shares key traits like sand filtration or similar frame construction. You can find options that are smaller for tight patios or larger for expansive yards. The selection includes rectangular models from brands like Bestway and Evajoy. These choices maintain the practical, low-maintenance appeal of the Intex model. You can compare sizes, weights, and included accessories to find the best fit for your needs.
How alternatives compare to Intex
Bestway APX 365 20' x 52" Pool Set
The Bestway APX 365 increases the length to 20 feet while keeping the 52-inch height. This adds usable swimming space compared to the 18-foot original. Both models use a sand filter pump for consistent water clarity. The Bestway frame weighs 292 pounds, which is slightly heavier than the Intex at 274 pounds. This extra weight may provide more stability on uneven ground. You should choose this option if you need a wider swimming area but still want the low-maintenance benefits of sand filtration. The larger surface area allows for more comfortable movement during laps or family play.
Intex Ultra XTR 20ft x 10ft Rectangular Pool
The Intex Ultra XTR 20ft x 10ft model expands the footprint to 20 by 10 feet. This offers a more generous rectangular shape than the original 18 by 9 feet. It retains the same 52-inch height and sand filter pump system. The unit weighs 303 pounds, making it heavier and more substantial than the original. This extra mass helps anchor the pool firmly in place. You might prefer this version if you want more interior space without changing your filtration preference. The wider dimensions accommodate more swimmers comfortably while maintaining the familiar Intex build quality.
Bestway APX 365 31'4" x 16' Framed Pool
The Bestway APX 365 31'4" model provides a significantly larger swimming area at 31.4 feet long. This is a major increase from the 18-foot original. Both pools share the 52-inch wall height and sand filtration technology. The Bestway unit is much heavier, weighing 351 pounds compared to the Intex 274 pounds. This substantial weight ensures stability for the larger volume of water. You should select this option if you have ample yard space and need maximum capacity. The extended length is ideal for serious lap swimming or larger family gatherings.
Bestway Power Steel 24' x 12' x 52" Frame Pool
The Bestway Power Steel 24' x 12' offers a mid-size footprint between the original and the largest options. It measures 24 feet long and 12 feet wide, providing more room than the 18 by 9 feet original. The height remains 52 inches, and it includes a sand filter pump for easy maintenance. Weighing 351 pounds, it is significantly heavier than the Intex model. This weight contributes to a sturdy frame that resists shifting. You should pick this pool if you need a balance between space and manageability. It fits well in medium-sized backyards while offering ample swimming volume.
Evajoy 32ft x 16ft Rectangular Frame Pool
The Evajoy 32ft model provides the largest surface area on this list at 32 feet long. This is a substantial upgrade from the 18-foot original. It maintains the 52-inch height and includes a sand filter pump. The unit weighs significantly more than the Intex, ensuring stability for its large volume. Both pools prioritize durability and clear water through similar filtration methods. You should choose the Evajoy if you have a large yard and need maximum space. The rectangular design supports active swimming and group activities better than the smaller original.
WaterThat 21ft Steel Frame Pool Kit
The WaterThat 21ft model offers a moderate size increase over the original 18-foot pool. It measures 21 feet in length and 15 feet in width. The height is 52 inches, matching the original. It includes a sand filter pump for reliable water cleaning. The steel frame provides a sturdy structure for backyard use.
