Who it fits
Good fit for
You should choose this hot tub if you want a spacious inflatable spa for a patio or backyard. The 130 jets and 600W motor provide strong bubble massage for stress relief. The square design comfortably seats four to six people. The reinforced PVC material offers better durability than standard vinyl. The included insulated cover helps maintain heat efficiently. If you need a portable unit that fits on balconies or indoor spaces, this model supports that flexibility with its carry bag.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if you live in California, as sales are restricted due to specific regulations. You should also look elsewhere if you prefer hard-shell spas with water jets, as this unit only features air jets. If you need a remote control or Bluetooth connectivity, this model relies on a built-in digital panel. The lack of a warranty mention in the data is also a factor to consider. Buyers seeking immediate cold-water heating may find the smart heating system requires warm water input for faster results.
Verdict: This SEGMART hot tub offers a durable, spacious inflatable option with strong air jet performance. It suits buyers seeking a portable, family-sized spa for patios or indoor use.
Key specs explained for SEGMART
Jet Count: 130
This model includes 130 air jets. You get a high density of bubbles across the seating area. This setup creates a full-body massage effect. It helps relieve muscle tension and stress. When comparing hot tubs, a higher jet count usually means more coverage. This count suits larger groups seeking widespread hydrotherapy benefits.
Jet Type: Air jets
The system uses air jets rather than water jets. This creates a softer, broader massage experience. Air jets are generally quieter than high-pressure water systems. They provide consistent bubble coverage for relaxation. You should compare this to models with water jets if you prefer a sharper, more intense massage feel.
Dimensions: 73 x 73 x 25.6 inches
The tub measures 73 by 73 inches with a depth of 25.6 inches. This square footprint fits well on patios or decks. The depth allows for comfortable submersion. You need adequate space for setup and maintenance access. Compare these dimensions to round models to ensure your outdoor area accommodates the square shape comfortably.
Material: Reinforced laminated PVC
The construction uses reinforced laminated PVC. This material offers superior puncture resistance compared to standard vinyl. It provides better durability for long-term outdoor use. You benefit from a sturdier structure that resists wear. When shopping, check if other models use basic PVC, as reinforced layers often extend the product lifespan.
Control Type: Digital control panel
You control settings via a digital panel. This allows precise adjustment of temperature and jet intensity. Digital interfaces are easier to read than analog dials. You can monitor the water state accurately. Compare this to basic control systems to ensure you get the level of precision needed for comfortable daily use.
SEGMART Design and Build Details
The SEGMART tub uses reinforced laminated PVC. According to the listing, this material offers better puncture resistance than standard vinyl. The square layout measures 73 by 73 inches with a depth of 25.6 inches. This footprint fits standard patios or balconies. You can seat four to six people in this space. The unit weighs 67.5 pounds. It includes a carry bag for easy transport and setup.
The exterior features a Woodgrain Gray finish. This aesthetic blends with outdoor decor. The digital control panel sits on the rim. You use it to adjust water temperature and jet intensity. The system manages the 600W motor that drives the 130 air jets. This setup provides consistent bubble massage for muscle relief.
Safety and maintenance are built into the design. An insulated cover with a child-safety lock retains heat. It also reduces energy consumption by up to 20 percent. The removable filter system supports clean water. Six high-flow filters are included in the accessory set. A non-slip floor mat adds stability. The electric pump handles inflation and circulation. This configuration supports year-round use in various locations.
Setup and everyday use guide
Setting up this SEGMART tub involves unpacking a carry bag and assembling the included components. You will use the electric pump to inflate the reinforced laminated PVC shell. The listing notes that the unit weighs 67.5 pounds, making it portable for patios or balconies. You should fill the tub with warm water to help the heating system reach 104 degrees Fahrenheit more quickly. The digital control panel allows you to manage the water temperature and adjust the bubble jets directly. This interface is built into the unit for straightforward operation. For daily maintenance, the system includes six high-flow filters. You can remove these filters to clean the water and keep the circulation heating system running efficiently. The inflatable lid features a child-safety lock, which helps prevent debris from entering the water while retaining heat. This insulated cover also reduces energy consumption by up to 20 percent. The square design, measuring 73 by 73 inches, provides a stable base. You can place the non-slip floor mat underneath for added stability. The repair kit is included for minor puncture maintenance. The 130 air jets are driven by a 600W motor, which you can activate via the control panel. This setup ensures consistent bubble pressure for a full-body massage. The tub is suitable for outdoor or indoor use, provided you have the necessary space. California residents cannot purchase this model due to specific regulations. The digital controls and removable filter system simplify the routine care required for clean, warm water.
Check Compatibility And Upkeep
Before you commit to this SEGMART model, verify your local regulations. California residents cannot purchase this unit due to specific sales restrictions. You must also ensure your outdoor electrical outlet is compatible with the included electric pump. The listing mentions a 600W motor, so confirm your circuit can handle the load without tripping breakers.
Upkeep is straightforward but consistent. You receive six high-flow filters, yet you will need to purchase water treatment chemicals separately. The insulated cover helps retain heat, but you should check its condition regularly for wear. Since the tub is portable, consider a non-slip floor mat for stability on uneven patios. This model competes with other inflatable spas by offering a high jet count and durable PVC construction. It suits those prioritizing bubble massage density over hard-shell durability. Ensure your space accommodates the 73-inch square footprint and allows for easy access to power. Proper maintenance extends the lifespan of the laminated PVC shell.
Check before you buy
- Confirm your electrical circuit handles the 600W pump load
